ICT support

Stranton Academy Trust has its own 'in-house' ICT support team which work across the Academy Trust and provide a bespoke outreach service to other Schools and Academies across Hartlepool.

 

The team have a wealth of hardware, software and networking experience and can meet all current ICT needs. These include:

  • SIMS management and updates
  • ICT curriculum support
  • Desktop Support
  • Server Support
  • Network support
  • Project management (Including tendering and ordering process)
  • Helpdesk Service
  • I Phone / I Pad repair
  • Website design and support

The Team, lead by David Miller will ensure the individual requirements for each School/Academy are met and provide a service which is both efficient and cost-effective.

 

This service is available to purchase for Schools external to the Trust on an annual SLA agreement or an ad-hoc basis.
